Mô tả công việc

Develop and implement the Hospital's clinical strategy and medical governance framework.
Oversee clinical quality, patient safety, and risk management across all medical services.
Establish, review, and monitor clinical policies, treatment protocols, and medical standards.
Lead, mentor, evaluate, and develop physicians and Heads of Clinical Departments.
Chair medical committees, multidisciplinary case reviews, and clinical governance meetings.
Ensure compliance with Ministry of Health regulations, accreditation standards, and ethical medical practice.
Collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team to support hospital operations, service development, and continuous quality improvement.

Medical Doctor (MD) with a valid Medical Practice License.
Postgraduate qualification (Specialist II, Master's, PhD, or equivalent); Healthcare Management qualification is preferred.
Minimum 10 years of clinical experience, including at least 5 years in senior medical leadership.
Strong leadership, strategic planning, clinical governance, quality management, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change management capabilities.
