JOB SUMMARY

Ensure that the medical expertise of the hospital meets the needs of the hospital's development and meets the regulations, processes and regulations of the industry.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and oversee clinical and paraclinical operations and medical teams.
• Ensure quality, safety, and standardization of medical examination and treatment.
• Manage medical staff competency, professional councils, protocols, and clinical governance.
• Develop new medical services and techniques aligned with hospital strategy.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, reporting requirements, and Hoan My standards.
• Coordinate medical emergencies, interdepartmental collaboration, and Group-level professional initiatives.

Work location: As assigned by Hoan My Group.
 

• Medical Doctor with a valid Medical Practice License.
• Postgraduate qualification (Specialist Level II, Master’s Degree, Doctor of Philosophy, or equivalent), preferably in Hospital Management or Business Administration.
• Minimum 10 years of clinical experience, including at least 5 years in senior medical leadership.
• Strong competencies in leadership, strategic planning, clinical governance, quality management, and decision-making.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change management skills.
• Strong professional medical expertise, aligned with the Hoan My leadership and core competency framework.
• Knowledge of financial accounting and financial reporting.
