JOB SUMMARY:

The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for the development and management of the Project at the assigned project. The project manager is responsible for overseeing all activities in the project. The project manager must ensure that the project is carried out in accordance with the signed contract to the expected quality, in timely manner, and within the set budget.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Scope definition, preliminary planning, detailed planning. Evaluate project implementation capacity, guide and check project implementation plan.
  • Maintain coordination between different internal teams and external parties
  • Monitor and report the progress of the project. In case of detecting delays and conflicting issues in the project, the PM is responsible for organizing, handling and resolving them by coordinating with different parties to ensure that the delay does not affect the progress of project implementation.
  • Support to ensure the work is completed on time, with the quality as promised in the contract and within the project budget.
  • Actively communicate project status, urge implementation through documents, reports issued or at meetings, emails, official dispatches, etc. regularly to the project participants to ensure the correct implementation of the project’s expected goals.
  • Responsible for managing and training the assigned consultants to ensure smooth project coordination and effective communication with all team members; distribution of project resources is managed in the most efficient manner.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

Experience & Knowledge:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university, majoring in architect or engineering
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience

 

Skills:

  • Good understanding of local laws and regulations on land, construction and environmental protection
  • Good interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively with consultants and professional peers in reviewing, directing and critiquing their design proposals to achieve project goals.
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Good working attitude, high level of initiative and integrity.
  • Abilities to work in demanding and multi-tasking environments.
  • Abilities to work independently as well as teamwork.
  • Able to work under pressure and can travel when required
