PROCUREMENT PERFORMANCE ANALYST
JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a motivated and driven individual to join our procurement team to support end-to-end procurement processes for biomedical equipment, drugs & consumables, and other key categories. This position is primarily responsible for the followings:
- Conduct system analysis to identify procurement needs
- Build business cases for procurement of biomedical equipment, drugs & consumables, and other categories
- Support key procurement steps, including vendor identification & evaluation, contract negotiation & drafting, and delivery tracking
- Monitor operational performance against business cases and ensure alignment with objectives
- Prepare and deliver reports to key stakeholders on procurement performance
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Complete system analyses and identify procurement gaps, ensuring alignment with organizational requirements quarterly
- Prepare all biomed business cases and ensure all required information are obtained and validated via site-visit
- Ensure that the actual performance of purchased biomed are tracked against approved BC
- All reports are prepared and submitted per required timeline at desired quality standards

- A willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
- Strong work ethic and readiness to grind through challenging hours when needed including the ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure problems, perform analyses, generate insights
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally, working effectively with teams across departments, hospitals, and business units
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Vietnamese (native language). Capable of presenting results in a logical and visually compelling manner
