JOB SUMMARY:

The Pricing Executive is responsible for analyzing market trends, competitor pricing, and internal cost structures to develop and implement competitive pricing strategies for healthcare products and services. This role works closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, and Marketing, to ensure pricing aligns with business objectives and regulatory requirements. The position also involves monitoring pricing performance, optimizing profitability, and providing data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze market trends, competitors, and pricing structures to propose optimal pricing strategies.
• Develop, manage, and optimize pricing for healthcare products and services based on different regions and customer segments.
• Support the sales team in pricing consultations, discounts, and promotional programs.
• Collaborate with departments such as Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align pricing strategies with business objectives.
• Manage and update pricing data.
• Prepare regular reports on pricing performance, revenue analysis, and profitability, along with recommendations for improvement.
• Assist in implementing special projects related to pricing, cost analysis, and profit optimization.

Experience & Knowledge:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 1-3 years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, sales operations, or related fields, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
