Job Description

JOB SUMMARY
This role is responsible for 
-    Support payroll manager to Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies related to payroll and employee compensation. 
-    Play a crucial role in implementing and maintaining a centralized payroll system that aligns with industry best practices and supports efficient and accurate payroll processing.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Process & data management (60%):
-    Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies related to payroll and employee compensation.
-    Track and do the data mining and data validation with payroll centralization project from beginning until the implementation
-    Conduct regular audits and reviews of payroll processes to identify and address any compliance issues or discrepancies.
-    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, finance, and legal, to ensure alignment and consistency in payroll practices and compliance requirements.
-    Stay up-to-date with changes in employment laws and regulations, and proactively update policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
-    Provide guidance and support to HR and payroll teams on compliance-related matters, including proper classification of employees, overtime calculations, and tax withholding requirements.
-    Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees and managers on payroll compliance and best practices.

Data validation and reporting (30%):
-    Monitor and analyze payroll data to identify trends, patterns, and potential compliance risks, and recommend appropriate actions to mitigate risks.
-    Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation related to payroll compliance activities.
-    Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory agencies during audits and investigations, ensuring timely and accurate provision of required payroll data and documentation.

Other (10%):
-    Perform other tasks assigned by the direct manager based on business requirements.
 

Job Required Skills And Qualifications

Required Background, Soft Skills and Mindset:
-    Bachelor or equivalent, 1- 2 years of experience in the HR field and C&B is advance. If have experience in Hospital will be advantage
-    Be good at understanding the C&B, process, policies between the different HR functions in a company. 
-    Be good at understanding Vietnam’s labor code 
-    Ms. Office, special in Excel skill is must
-    Ability to work individual  
-    Results and people-oriented.
-    Good communication and problem-solving thinking ability
-    Regularly update labor law and make sure that all HR service are complying.
