JOB SUMMARY

Operations Director plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of hospital and clinic operations across Hoan My Medical Corporation. This role focuses on standardizing processes, improving operational efficiency, and supporting administrative functions as directed by the Group COO. The Operations Director collaborates with various departments to enhance patient care, optimize resources, and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement standardized operating procedures (SOPs) alongside with functional heads in Operations Division to apply across all hospitals and clinics.
• Monitor and optimize hospital workflows to improve patient experience and service quality.
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to enhance hospital performance and to cum the operations management role when necessary.
• Assist the Group COO in administrative tasks, including but not limited to reporting, documentation, and special projects.
• Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth execution of corporate initiatives.
• Prepare operational reports and analyze data to support decision-making.
• Work with relevant teams to ensure optimal allocation of medical supplies, equipment, and human resources.
• Implement cost-saving measures without compromising service quality.
• Track operational expenses and provide insights for budget planning.
• Oversee compliance with hospital policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Support audits and inspections by preparing necessary documentation and reports.
• Develop and conduct training programs to ensure staff adherence to hospital SOPs.
• Foster collaboration between clinical, administrative, and support service teams.
• Address operational challenges by working closely with medical, nursing, and facility teams.
• Ensure smooth communication between hospital units and corporate leadership.
• Identify opportunities to enhance patient care services and operational workflows.
• Assist in implementing new initiatives that improve hospital performance and business growth.
• Support the launch of new services by coordinating logistics and operational planning.
   

Experience & Knowledge:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in hospital operations, healthcare management, or a similar role.
