• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive revenue and enhance the hospital's brand awareness;
• Manage and optimize the annual marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness;
• Oversee communication activities across multi-platforms (Social Media, Website, SEO/SEM) and traditional channels (PR, Events);
• Ensure consistency of brand identity and communication messages in accordance with healthcare industry standards;
• Build relationships with strategic partners such as corporations, schools, and press agencies;
• Lead, train, and evaluate the performance (KPIs) of the marketing team.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Healthcare/Pharmacy or relevant fields;
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in a Marketing Manager or Head role, preferably in healthcare, hospitals, or aesthetics;
• Proficiency in Digital Marketing tools and market data analysis;
• Good English proficiency in reading and communication;
• Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under high pressure.
