Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam for a Marketing Executive. The individual will develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the educational programs, science conferences and services offered by Hoan My Academy. This role requires a creative and organized individual with excellent communication and digital marketing skills. The role involves daily interaction with medical professionals, partners, stakeholders and support staff to implement relevant courses and organize conferences.
- Develop and implement content marketing campaigns across various platforms, including the company website, social media, email marketing, and blog.
- Create engaging and informative marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and website content.
- Manage and maintain the company's social media presence, including developing content calendars, scheduling posts, and interacting with followers.
- Coordinate and manage online advertising campaigns through platforms and social media advertising.
- Track the performance of marketing campaigns and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
- Assist with the development and execution of marketing events, webinars, and classroom coordination.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, understand industry trends, and analyze competitor strategies.
- Support Head of Academy with other marketing initiatives and projects as needed.
- Stay up to date on the latest marketing trends and technologies.
- Perform other tasks as directed by Head of Academy.
Job Required Skills And Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred)
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing or a similar field
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices (SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing)
- Experience with social media management tools is a plus
- Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) is a plus
- Experience in healthcare training and education is a plus
