Job Description

Install and upgrade network infrastructure; manage network traffic, usage, and resource sharing;
Perform regular maintenance, inspection, repair and troubleshooting;
Ensure data security and system safety; monitor statistics and alerts from the antivirus system;
Develop implementation plans, assign tasks and technical guidance;
Advise the Board of Directors and departments on IT solutions to develop, expand, and implement applications that enhance management efficiency and reduce departmental workload;
Take primary responsibility for hospital management software projects (HIS, EMR, FICO, etc.);
Coordinate with the Group IT Department to provide technical support, user manual, and troubleshooting for the hospital website;
Prepare and manage the IT budget effectively and efficiently;
Perform other duties as assigned by manager.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or Programming;
At least 3 years of experience in a team management position;
Have knowledge in the following areas:

Deployment, installation, configuration, user training, and maintenance of hardware and software applications;
Data security and database safety management;
System administration: Windows Server, Linux;
Database administration: SQL Server, MySQL, etc.;
Proficiency in at least one programming language such as C#, JavaScript, PHP, etc.;
Telephone system management: Voice IP, Analog (configuration, troubleshooting);
Network configuration and maintenance: Switches, Routers, Firewalls, Access Points, etc.

Strong skills in teamwork, independent problem-solving, analytical and logical thinking, English technical document comprehension;
Willing to work overtime, night shifts, or handle urgent technical incidents when required.
