JOB SUMMARY:

As the IT Projects Delivery Manager, you will oversee and ensure the successful delivery of complex IT projects, particularly within healthcare settings, aligning with organizational objectives and regulatory standards. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and delivering projects that enhance the IT infrastructure and support strategic goals.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Leading IT project delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
• Managing the end-to-end lifecycle of projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver IT solutions effectively.
• Implementing risk management and quality assurance practices to ensure successful outcomes.
• Ensuring compliance with healthcare industry standards and organizational policies.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project Management:

• Manage project teams, including internal and external resources.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to project plans.
• Managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts.

Stakeholder Management:

• Partner with clinical, operational, and technical teams to align project goals.
• Facilitate regular updates and reviews with stakeholders.
• Ensure timely resolution of escalated issues.

Changes & Risk Management:

• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
• Develop risk management plans and strategies.
• Monitor project risks and take appropriate actions to minimize their impact on project outcomes.
• Developing and implementing change management plans to support the adoption of new systems such as EMR, CRM, HIS…

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Strong technical background in IT infrastructure and applications.
• Experience with healthcare IT systems, including HIS and EMR solutions.

Leadership Skills:

• Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities.

Industry Knowledge:

• In-depth understanding of healthcare IT and regulatory standards (e.g., HL7, HIPAA, MoH SHI).

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
• 8+ years of experience in IT project management.
