1. Hospital Strategies & Operation planning & reports:

• Advise the Board of Directors on the development of short-term, mid-term, and long-term strategies and operational plans of the Hospital;
• Develop and update plans for the Hospital’s professional activities;
• Organize and manage medical statistics, data consolidation, and reporting on clinical activities, including mandatory reports in compliance with regulations.

2. Set Goals & Target for Departments: Develop, monitor, and evaluate SMART Goals for clinical departments

3. Manage, archive, and utilize medical records.

4. Develop, implement and supervise the implementation of Hospital Professional Regulations:

• Coordinate development and updating of treatment guidelines;
• Develop and implement technical lists for MOH approval;
• Implement scientific research projects;
• Manage professional cooperation and technical transfers;
• Organize competency assessments and grant/regain authorization of professional practice scopes for doctors;
• Organize and coordinate clinical consultations;
• Organize and manage the hospital-wide on-call duty system.

5. Budget management

• Graduate degree in Medicine, Public Health, Hospital Management, or related fields. Preferred is a postgraduate degree;
• At least 03 years of experience in a management/leadership position in the healthcare or hospital sector;
• In-depth knowledge of hospital planning, quality management, and relevant healthcare regulations;
• Proficient in office IT applications and hospital management software;
• Strong leadership, management, coordination, and effective communication skills;
• Integrity, responsibility, strategic thinking, and ability to work under high pressure.
