JOB SUMMARY:

The Facilities Maintenance Manager is responsible for standardizing and optimizing facility management across Hoan My Medical Corporation’s network of hospitals and clinics. This role ensures operational efficiency, cost reduction, and infrastructure stability while maintaining compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
The position focuses on synchronizing facility management processes, optimizing maintenance strategies, and ensuring consistent service quality across all Hoan My hospitals and clinics.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Standardization & Synchronization of Facility Management
• Develop and implement a standardized facility management framework across all hospitals and clinics.
• Align facility maintenance policies, processes, and procedures to ensure consistent operational efficiency and compliance.
• Establish a centralized monitoring system for infrastructure, equipment, and utilities across all sites.
• Develop benchmark performance indicators for facilities and ensure all hospitals meet or exceed these standards.
2. Infrastructure Operations & Preventive Maintenance
• Oversee the preventive and corrective maintenance programs for infrastructure, HVAC, water, and electrical systems.
• Optimize energy efficiency, sustainability, and waste management strategies across all Hoan My hospitals.
• Implement data-driven maintenance scheduling to minimize downtime and enhance equipment longevity.
• Ensure reliable and cost-effective infrastructure maintenance to enhance patient care environments.
3. Cost Optimization & Resource Management
• Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising safety or service quality.
• Optimize the procurement and vendor management processes to reduce facility maintenance costs.
• Monitor and control energy consumption across the system, identifying areas for efficiency improvements.
• Ensure proper asset management by tracking facility investments and planning for upgrades or replacements.
4. Compliance & Safety Management
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all Hoan My hospitals and clinics.
• Conduct periodic fire safety inspections and training programs for hospital staff on fire prevention and emergency response.
• Maintain accurate records for fire safety, environmental regulations, and compliance audits.
• Oversee risk assessment processes and ensure that facility management practices align with hospital safety protocols.
5. Team Leadership & Training
• Supervise and effectively allocate engineers, technicians, and outsourced maintenance personnel.
• Evaluate and develop training programs to enhance the competency of hospital maintenance teams.
• Provide guidance and leadership to ensure best practices in facility management.
6. Support for New Construction & Upgrades
• Participate in facility planning, bidding, and supervision of new construction, renovations, and repairs.
• Ensure project execution aligns with hospital operational needs and budgetary constraints.
• Work closely with the Group Chief Operating Officer to implement infrastructure improvement initiatives.
7. Reporting & Continuous Improvement
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on facility performance, maintenance efficiency, and cost savings.
• Continuously analyze facility management data to improve infrastructure performance and reduce operational risks.
• Provide timely reports and recommendations to the Group Chief Operating Officer on emerging issues and improvement opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

Required Background & Skills
Education: University degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or related fields.
Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role within hospital, healthcare, or large-scale nationwide facility management.
