Job Description
- Coodinate with the Manager in managing general operation of Customer Service Department.
- Support customer service activities following the processes and regulations from hospital and healthcare industry.
- Support and coordinate in managing Customer Service operation by authorization.
- Support building the process, regulations relevant to Customer Service operation if assigned.
- Reviewing and summarizing all required reports. Proactively report all abnormal cases to get the advices.
- Arrange, allocate the personnel to ensure the Customer Service operation followed to the goal.
- Support some special cases.
- Evalute CS staff performance, report to manager directly.
- Develop and supervise the compliance with internal processes and coordination to concerned Departments from staffs
- Recomend and develop the necessary program for quality improvement in CS
- Observe and ensure a warm, safe, friendly and clean environment
- Coordinate with security for loss and found
- Assist and host the guests when needed
- Take other responsibilities to enhance customer service when required
- Continuously update new knowledge, related regulations & participate in soft skill training.
Job Required Skills And Qualifications
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree or higher
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a similar position and 2 years in the healthcare sector
