Job Description

  • Welcome, guide, and support customers during their medical examination and treatment process.
  • Receive and respond to inquiries, provide service information, and assist with insurance documents.
  • Manage and coordinate customer flow to ensure a smooth experience and avoid congestion.
  • Handle incoming calls via hotline: consult services, schedule appointments, and transfer information to relevant departments.
  • Conduct patient satisfaction surveys; input, analyze, and report results.
  • Record, respond, and follow up on complaints and feedback from customers.
  • Support patients during hospitalization, discharge, and other service needs.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the line manager.

Job Required Skills And Qualifications

  • College degree or above in Hospitality, Tourism, Customer Service, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Reception, Customer Service, Call Center, or Survey roles.
  • Strong communication skills with a pleasant and clear voice; active listening and problem-solving ability.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic English communication is an advantage.
  • Dynamic, responsible, team-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
  • Passionate about social/volunteer activities and committed to long-term work in a hospital environment.
