COMMUNICATIONS ASSISTANT MANAGER
JOB SUMMARY:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provide the expertise:
– Content write-up: brainstorm original ideas and content directions for branding, corporate communications activities. Build information architecture and create content for website and app.
– Write different type of contents ( memo, presentation, letter, website, PR articles)
– Editing/ proofreading: edit and proofread copy for spelling, grammar and tone of voice. Work with designer to ensure all correct files.
– Proofreading and editing all content sent by Hospitals/ Clinics.
2. Supporting work
– Perform other tasks as assigned from time to time in relation to the position.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
Experience & Knowledge:
– Bachelor in journalism or communications
– 3-5 years’ experience as copywriter
– Able to work well under pressure
– Proficient research skills – able to research unfamiliar topics and write proficiently on new areas
– A team player, able to appreciate constructive feedback and rework content where necessary
– A meticulous attention to detail
– Experience of working in a creative public relations or marketing role would be an added advantage.
Skills:
– Strong writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design, professional printing/publishing skills are essential
– Excellent communications skill in English and Vietnamese
– Proven ability to develop good content
– Fluency in both written and spoken English is required
