COMMUNICATIONS ASSISTANT MANAGER
JOB SUMMARY:
The Communications Assistant Manager will support the development and execution of internal and external communication strategies to enhance the company’s visibility, engagement, and reputation. This role involves managing content creation, drafting press releases, preparing internal communications, and coordinating corporate events. The Assistant Manager will collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels. The ideal candidate will possess strong writing skills in both English and Vietnamese, creativity, and the ability to efficiently manage multiple projects.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Plan and develop content and storylines for internal and external communications in both English and Vietnamese, across various formats, such as press releases, articles, emails, videos, etc.
– Research industry-related topics and write engaging content and attractive copy targeting healthcare audiences, stakeholders, business partners, and employees
– Proofread and edit content before publication to ensure consistency in style, fonts, images, and tone
– Promote content on social media and stay updated on trends and competitors in the editorial sphere
– Review and edit media content provided by hospitals/clinics for their media channels
– Provide execution and logistics support for corporate events, campaigns, and CSR programs, both internally and externally
– Track, follow up on, and manage project documentation, including budgets, contracts, reports, payment processes, and other related materials, ensuring alignment with policies and standards
– Perform other responsibilities as assigned by managers from time to time
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
– University degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field
– At least 5 years of experience in media and corporate communications; experience in healthcare is a plus
– Strong attention to details, with expertise in content writing and developing materials for multiple styles and channels
– Eagerness to learn, with a strong ability to gather information, think creatively, and produce engaging content
– Excellent command of both English and Vietnamese
– Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated, and a team player
– Excellent multitasking, time management, and organizational skills
