Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

Ensure processes related to accounting at Hoan My Group are fully and accurately implemented. Organize accounting systems throughout the system to meet the standards prescribed by Vietnamese law and development orientation in accordance with international standards.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • In charge of accounting and tax for all holding companies
  • Set up accounting SOPs and recommend system and process improvements
  • Establish internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions
  • Oversee and manage all accounting transactions of the Group and its subsidiaries, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements
  • Prepare periodic group financial reports, including group consolidation, in compliance with GAAP, Group requirements, VAS, and IFRS
  • Manage intercompany (interco) transactions
  • Coordinate with external auditors to complete annual audits for Group Consolidation and subsidiaries
  • Support and supervise accounting team members in daily operations
  • Provide advice, analysis, and support to hospitals, business units, and the management team on accounting-related matters
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by line manager or management team

Job Required Skills And Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • In charge of the full scope of group consolidation tasks

Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong financial expertise and understanding of financial business processes
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong inter-personal skills with the ability to influence colleagues using facts and results
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Good time management and prioritization skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and finance systems
  • Good English skills (both written and reading)
  • Healthcare industry background is a plus
