Is health insurance coverage applicable for the maternity package at Hoan My Binh Phuoc?
Yes, health insurance can be used to cover the expenses incurred as part of the maternity package, but the extent of coverage depends on your insurance card’s limit. For more information on coverage and benefits, you may wish to contact your insurance company directly.
Will there be additional expenses incurred on top of the prices indicated in the maternity package?
The maternity package covers expenses from labour and delivery to a healthy discharge. Any expenses arising from complications during childbirth will be considered incurred costs.
Can I access all the services in the maternity package if I have not received prenatal care at the hospital?
You can enjoy all the services included in the maternity package whether or not you have received prenatal care at the hospital. We are happy that you have chosen Hoan My Binh Phuoc to be part of your parenthood journey.
Is there a maternity shuttle service available at the hospital?
Yes, we offer a maternity shuttle service in all wards and communes of Dong Xoai City and Tan Lap commune, Tan Tien commune, TT. Tan Phu of Dong Phu district. If you require this service, please call our hotline: (0271) 3515 115 for more information.
Is there a family delivery service available at the hospital?
Yes, we provide family-oriented maternity services (for normal and painless deliveries). If you require this service, please call our hotline: 02713.897.997 for more information. Additional charges apply.
Does the hospital provide photography and videography services to document the birth of the baby? Are we able to hire an external vendor to do it?
To ensure that we adhere to the highest standards of safety and infection control, we are unable to provide any photography and videography services during labour.
Can we choose our preferred doctor?
No, we currently do not offer a service for requesting a specific doctor.
Does the caesarean section maternity package include cosmetic services to stitch up the incision?
After the caesarean section, the incision wounds will be closed up using self-dissolving threads and bio-glue.
