JOB SUMMARY:

Ensure the strengthening of operational infrastructure on the part of the Group and at the same time develop, design and improve the hospital operating system for the best medical treatment, improve clinical outcomes and Patient satisfaction in cost effective operation

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop & implement the annual operation plan for the operation block throughout the system.
  • Organizing and operating the division in terms of expertise, allocating human resources, equipment, drugs and consumables to optimize the operation of the hospital.
  • Organize evaluation, training and training to train and improve the professional capacity of the hospital’s operating team.
  • Effective cost management of Group-level operations
  • Directing and managing the effective operation of the professional lines directly under it
  • New service development improves hospital business and performance
  • Coordinate with CMO, CNO & CQO to implement activities and programs to ensure service quality, patient safety and increase patient satisfaction
  • Develop and promote effective collaboration between clinical, paraclinical, support services and other related services inside and outside the hospital
  • Periodically review and summarize reporting work according to regulations & proactively report abnormalities to promptly seek advice and direction.
  • Learn, update and comply with the labor rules, code of conduct, regulations and procedures of the hospital.
  • Participating in the implementation of capacity improvement projects of the whole hospital together with other departments and divisions.
  • Directly in charge of the “Organization Committee” of hospital meetings and conferences.
  • Directly participate in the council at the hospital under the direction of the group’s leadership and the hospital CEO

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

Required Background, Soft Skills and Mindset

  • Education: At least University major in Hospital Management, Business Administration. Medical qualifications are preferred.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a management position, operating a department or hospital.

  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry & market, hospitals
  • Knowledge of legal regulations related to hospital operation
  • Knowledge of the medical examination and treatment process at the hospital
  • Skills to build service quality
  • Knowledge and skills related to supply of drugs and supplies
