26 senior staff members from Hoan My recently travelled to The Medical City (‘TMC’) hospital in Manila to attend training talent development, customer service and quality management. The Hoan My team, which included quality managers, hospital COOs and human resource and customer service managers spent a week at TMC undergoing interactive training workshops to continue the collaboration between Hoan My and TMC. Developing quality initiatives and improvements are a key component of Hoan My’s strategic plans, to ensure the delivery of providing patients with quality healthcare and best-in class clinical results and care.
Hoan My is committed to improving the quality of healthcare in Vietnam. In 2016, Hoan My was awarded “Vietnam Hospital of the Year 2016” by Frost & Sullivan. Hoan My Sai Gon and Hoan My Da Lat hospitals achieved the highest Ministry of Health Quality Score for their respective cities and Da Nang and Cuu Long hospitals received the highest awards for their province.
