Through the program, participants could tour and learn about services offered at key departments and units, including the Gastrointestinal Endoscopy Unit, Laboratory Department, Diagnostic Imaging Department, Dialysis Unit, Obstetrics & Gynecology Department, and Pediatrics Department.

Participants experience firsthand the observation area of the 3.0 Tesla MRI system.

At each stop along the tour, dedicated healthcare professionals provide detailed explanations of clinical workflows, patient care processes, and the hospital’s modern facilities and advanced medical equipment. This firsthand experience allows participants to gain a deeper understanding of the healthcare environment and greater confidence in choosing Hoan My Sai Gon Hospital as a trusted partner in their healthcare journey.

The program is organized monthly in conjunction with the hospital’s Patient Council Meeting.
