Dr. Tran Binh Lieu graduated from the Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy as a medical doctor in 2001. He later obtained a Specialist Level 1 in Neurosurgery degree from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Ho Chi Minh City in 2009. Since 2016, Dr. Lieu has been working at Hoan My Cuu Long General Hospital where he helmed the Neurosurgery-Musculoskeletal Department for seven years. From 2023, he has been serving as the head of the Department of Neurology-Stroke.
