On 8 October 2021, Hoan My Medical Corporation was named by HR Asia as one of the “Best Companies to Work For in Asia 2021”. The team at Hoan My were proud to receive the award, which recognises the hospital group’s continued efforts to build a first-rate working environment that benefits all employees while responding effectively to the development and growth of the whole Hoan My network.

Hoan My Medical Corporation was selected by HR Asia on the basis of criteria such as its strong team cohesion, leadership engagement, excellent personnel policies, attractive remuneration schemes, and programmes for staff development. HR Asia also placed great value in the strategic adaptability and flexibility of Hoan My, especially in the context of the ongoing pandemic.

This year, the awards and survey conducted by HR Asia Magazine cover 13 Asian markets, including China, Cambodia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, India, Korea, Macau, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam, making it the largest regional survey for employee engagement and workplace excellence. Around 30,000 employees from 581 companies in Vietnam participated in HR Asia’s proprietary Total Engagement Assessment Model (TEAM) survey. Vietnam is also the country with the most awards this year, surpassing Taiwan.
