With the desire to accompany and support expectant mothers throughout their pregnancy journey, Hoan My Da Lat Hospital regularly organizes free antenatal classes to provide essential knowledge and practical skills for safe and effective prenatal care.

In May 2025, the antenatal class program was successfully held with the theme “Understanding Intrauterine Growth Restriction (IUGR) and Proper Pushing Techniques During Labor,” attracting the participation of more than 50 pregnant women from Da Lat City and neighboring areas.

Practical content, in-depth knowledge

At the session, Dr. Le Anh Quoc shared important medical knowledge related to intrauterine growth restriction (IUGR), a condition that affects fetal development and may pose significant risks if not detected in time. Through a scientific yet easy-to-understand presentation, the doctor helped expectant mothers recognize early signs, understand proper monitoring methods, and choose appropriate interventions to ensure the best possible health outcomes for both mother and baby.

Following this, midwife To Thi Thuy Dung (BSc.) provided detailed guidance on exercises to support maternal health during pregnancy, as well as correct pushing techniques during labor, helping mothers better prepare both physically and mentally for childbirth.

A space for connection and care

Beyond professional knowledge sharing, the class also created a warm and friendly environment where expectant mothers could connect, exchange experiences, and have their questions answered by the medical team and fellow participants on their motherhood journey.

More than just an educational activity, the class served as a space to foster connection, spread positive energy, and provide strong companionship throughout the miraculous journey of motherhood. Hoan My Da Lat Hospital sincerely thanks all the mothers for their trust and participation and remains committed to accompanying, supporting, and caring for mothers so that every step of pregnancy is gentle, safe, and fulfilling.
