On January 10, 2025, Hoan My Academy, in collaboration with Frankfurt School, held a graduation ceremony for the Hospital Management training program. The ceremony was conducted in both in-person and online formats, with attendance from representatives of Hoan My Medical Corporation, Hoan My Academy, Frankfurt School of Management & , Aesculap Academy, and program participants.

The Hospital Management program represents one of the key international collaborations between Hoan My Academy and its global partners, aimed at enhancing both professional expertise and management capabilities of healthcare professionals within the Hoan My medical system and Vietnam’s healthcare sector. The program’s objective is to develop healthcare managers who excel not only in professional knowledge but also in strategic thinking, technological application, and leadership abilities in a challenging environment.

Trainees receive certificates for completing the Hospital Management program

The program commenced on March 22, 2024, spanning over six months and comprising 30 online training sessions. Eight instructors from Frankfurt School led the training, engaging more than 50 participants who hold senior and middle management positions in hospitals and clinics both within and outside the Hoan My system. The program has successfully concluded with all 50 participants meeting the graduation requirements.

At Hoan My Academy, training quality is measured not only through certification but also through the practical application of acquired knowledge. Outstanding participants serve as the clearest evidence of the program’s success. Graduates receive not only completion certificates but also gain a solid foundation in hospital management, strategic thinking, leadership capabilities, and essential skills to address challenges in an evolving healthcare system.
