- Comprehensive clinical examination: pulse, blood pressure, and specialist examinations (internal medicine, surgery, ophthalmology, ear–nose–throat, psychiatry, etc.). Color vision testing is also performed.
- Rapid urine test to detect narcotic or addictive substances.
- Diagnostic test: electrocardiogram (ECG).
- Health classification to determine whether the individual is fit or unfit for Class A or Class B driving licenses, ensuring that drivers are alert, safe, and physically fit when participating in traffic.
