Dr. Nguyen Thanh Hien graduated from the Hue University of Medicine and Pharmacy with a degree in General Medicine in 2004. He later obtained a Master’s degree in Surgery from his alma mater in 2014. With nearly 20 years of experience, Dr. Hien is highly trained in performing a wide range of cardiovascular surgeries, including surgeries on chest diseases such as lung resection, atrial tumour, and thyroid cancer, and endoscopic surgeries on thyroid nodules, mediastinal lymph node resection, lung biopsy, atrial and lung tumours. He is also skilled in performing vascular surgeries such as aortic aneurysm repair, abdominal aortic aneurysm repair, carotid artery stenosis, peripheral arterial occlusive disease, and excision of vascular tumours, as well as for thoracic diseases and vascular diseases such as goiters, hyperhidrosis, and varicose veins.
