    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Lead the development and implement talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans for Hoan My Medical Corporation.
    • Manage the entire recruitment life cycle of talent sourcing, identification, interview preparation, and closing as per requests.
    • Take action to improve recruitment quality to meet short and long-term resources needs.
    • Create strong talent pipelines for the company’s current and future hiring needs.
    • Execute employment-branding initiatives and motivate employees to be brand ambassadors and promote employee referral programs.
    • In charge of onboarding program to ensure positive and engaged new members’ experiences.
    • Lead initiatives to promote engagement and recognition in alignment with employee experience of vision and strategy within Hoan My Medical Corporation.

    EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

    • Experience in Talent Acquisition in international hospitals/clinics at least 3 years.
    • Work in the global and regional organization required.
    • General knowledge about HR Management, specializing in HR planning and recruitment.
    • Experienced in operational roles is an advantage.
    • Excellent command of English.
    • Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally.
    • Good analysis, logical thinking, and problem-solving skill.
    • Positive, enthusiastic, embrace challenges, performs under pressure.
    • Demonstrate experience with recruitment metrics.
    • Proficient in using company software and databases to connect with and reach out to potential candidates
    • Strong organizational and administrative skills.

    EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resources.
