TALENT ACQUISITION MANAGER
JOB DESCRIPTION:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the development and implement talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans for Hoan My Medical Corporation.
- Manage the entire recruitment life cycle of talent sourcing, identification, interview preparation, and closing as per requests.
- Take action to improve recruitment quality to meet short and long-term resources needs.
- Create strong talent pipelines for the company’s current and future hiring needs.
- Execute employment-branding initiatives and motivate employees to be brand ambassadors and promote employee referral programs.
- In charge of onboarding program to ensure positive and engaged new members’ experiences.
- Lead initiatives to promote engagement and recognition in alignment with employee experience of vision and strategy within Hoan My Medical Corporation.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in Talent Acquisition in international hospitals/clinics at least 3 years.
- Work in the global and regional organization required.
- General knowledge about HR Management, specializing in HR planning and recruitment.
- Experienced in operational roles is an advantage.
- Excellent command of English.
- Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally.
- Good analysis, logical thinking, and problem-solving skill.
- Positive, enthusiastic, embrace challenges, performs under pressure.
- Demonstrate experience with recruitment metrics.
- Proficient in using company software and databases to connect with and reach out to potential candidates
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resources.
