PHARMA ASSOCIATE
JOB SUMMARY:
- Support the operation and management of pharmaceuticals throughout Hoan My system to meet quality standards.
- Assist the quality of Clinical Pharmacy to support effective medical examination and treatment for doctors and patients in Hoan My.
- Help to improve the quality of pharmacy expertise throughout Hoan My system.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Professional support for the Purchasing Department and The Corporate Medical Office:
- Assist the purchasing department of the corporation and the medical office of the corporation in professional pharmacy work related to the list of drugs, the list of medical equipment, and the selection of drugs – medical equipment in bidding… Being a member of the Association Tendering contract for drugs – medical equipment of the Group.
Editor-in-Chief of Pharmaceutical Procedures:
- Compilation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) of Pharmacy Block.
- Consolidate pharmacy reports from hospitals.
Training of dean pharmacists and professional development of group pharmacists:
- Coordinate pharmacists to function as the head of the pharmacy department when required by member hospitals.
- Implement a training plan to improve the level/skills/knowledge of pharmacists.
Support pharmacy activities in hospitals:
- Promote support among Hospital Pharmacy Departments in dealing with close-to-date inventory, and expired goods, and remind inventory management to minimize drug destruction.
- Help the heads of pharmacy departments to implement drug management and clinical pharmacy in hospitals, improve the quality of drug use monitoring, and increase patient safety.
- Instruct pharmacists to control operations at hospital service pharmacies.
- Develop a training plan to improve the level/skills/knowledge of pharmacists.
Others:
- Draft content, assign articles, and edit quarterly internal pharmaceutical newsletters of the corporation.
- Participate in the annual Pharmaceutical workshop of the group.
- Advise Hospital Pharmacy Departments on professional issues.
Support/Project:
- Learn, update, and comply with labor rules, code of conduct, regulations, and procedures of the hospitals.
- Participate in the implementation of capacity improvement projects of the whole hospital together with other departments and divisions.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 03 years of experience in pharmacy management in a hospital.
- English proficiency is highly required.
- Pharmacy warehouse management system.
- Regulations on management of pharmaceutical warehouses.
- Clinical pharmacy.
- Research in pharmaceutical science.
- Regulations on bidding and list of bids related to Pharmaceuticals.
- Regulations on Vietnam health insurance related to Pharmaceuticals.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Pharmacist/Pharmacist University.
