Ensure processes related to accounting and tax at Hoan My Group are fully and accurately implemented. Organize accounting and tax systems throughout the system to meet the standards prescribed by Vietnamese law and development orientation in accordance with international standards.


  • In-charge accounting SOP set up and recommend for system improvement, process improvement
  • Establishes internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions
  • Overseeing and managing all accounting transactions of Group and Subsidiaries, the accounting books with a focus on ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of the financial statements.
  • Prepare the group periodic financial reports included group consolidation; ensures that the reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles, Group requirement, VAS & IFRS
  • Interco transaction management
  • Coordinates with external auditors to complete annual audit for the Group Consolidation and Subsidiaries.
  • Ensure tax compliance.  Support on Tax health check, Tax audit, Tax filling.
  • Execute on Finance Informative system projects implementation such as FICO, HIS (Finance area) or related systems to improve efficiency
  • Provide advice, analysis, support to hospitals, business units and management team any related matters
  • Working closely with legal team on new business set up process or related matters
  • Support, supervise accounting team members on daily activities
  • Other ad hoc tasks as assigned by line manager/ Management team.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economic or related fields
  • At least 5 years of experience in similar role

Knowledge & Skills

  • Financial expertise-Knowledge of financial business process
  • Strong inter-personal skills, ability to influence other colleagues using fact and result
  • Excellence communication, presentation, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time
  • Healthcare background is a plus
  • Languages skills: Good at English (writing and reading skills)
  • IT proficiency: Office applications, finance system knowledge
